If it is a World Cup Replica (WCR) 3port engine, don't expect to see a 5 port engine coming out, because it would be a replica of nothing.

If you wan't a 5 port Sirio you'll have to buy the S12 TUP model.

Would the crankcase and crankshaft timings of the TUP and WCR be different then?

Would it be the better combo if a person would theoretically get a WCR engine and replace it with a TUP piston sleeve if he wants to get the baddest 5 port Sirio engine?

Don't think it would work, because the crankcase of the WCR and the regular EVOII have a special cut on top of the exhaust port area to match the wide cut on top of the sleeve exhaust port.
The 5 port TUP has different exhaust port arrangement.
If I'm not mistaken TUP and old Sirios have Cranckcase Part Nº
S12 111100, and EvoII and WCR have Part Nº S12 111101.
Also TUP and IFMAR EVOII's share same crankshaft. WCR has different and better timing.

If you wan't a mean a.. kicking 5 port Sirio based engine...get the
L.Collari 5 port AAC engine.....free advice...jajajaja

Thanks for the info... But if the WCR is not even in AAC, I will not venture into it.

Hi
Im thinking to get this engine S12 TRPI Evo2, but a have question about the heatsink. In teamtrinity has photo of this engine and the heatsink has a different draw like the old sirio black heatsink, i visit the sirio site and the engine heatsink is different and the photo is of a engine with Threaded Shaft but in specification say SG Shaft, im bit confuse. I want this engine for a v1rr with centax
Thanks

Evo 2 S12 TUP 5 port

Hi Guys,

Can I race tune now my engine? I plan to race the engine in 4 days time....I broke it in 2 days ago..i followed sirio's break in procedure from their website....i was able to burn 13 tanks already...I already leaned out the HSN a bit on the 10th tank....Im planning to run again tomorrow and will try to lean the LSN coz it is still rich(factory's default).

Im not yet satisfied with the power, will leaning the LSN increase its power considerably?

Thanks!!

The Sirio S12 TRPI Evo2 is the Ifmar Roar legal engine.
It does come with the big blue heatsink, slide carb, and SG crank.

In Sirio engines, whenever you see the letters AF at the end of description, it means it has threaded crank, and are now found on Sirios site under off-road engines. S12 TRP AF would be the Evo2 on threaded crank.

The on-road .12 engines are under Touring engines, and all of them have SG cranks.
Picture and description is correct for the TRPI. The only incorrect picture is the one for the TUP engine that shows a threaded crank, and should be SG.

Hope it helps

NO!! Your LSN should be flush with slide body. Keep leaning your HSN for power increase. Set it so your Temp gets to aroud 250ºF.
after a hard run over one tank. When you come to pits, your idle should be stable for about 30 seconds, and when you try to accelerate again it should bog a little but not enough to die. If it doesn't adjust LSN accordingly.

evo 2

Ok, when and what will I still have to do so I can already race tune it? And Can I already subject the engine to the stress of racing a 1hour or less finals? One thing that tells me my LSN is rich is that coz after throttling, my idle doesnt return to its normal level unless I blip the throttle.......

You said you allready have 13 tanks on it, so i'ts allready Broken-in. You can safely tune it for racing.
If your idle doesn't return to normal, does it mean it stays high and you have to blip it so it drops to normal??? If that is the case It means it is lean on the LSN, so you have to open it a bit. It has to be flush with slide body.
