how's my +4 Btta doing? :D Getting ready to convert everything back over to nitro for the summer. Can't wait to smell some burnt nitro.

By the way what plug does the +4 come with? Our weather on the east coast is getting warm already (75 today) and I am wondering if I should order a c6tgc to have you ship out with the motor.

Thanks
Nick

c6tgc , to finish the break in period i would recommend a c5tgc or odonnell 97t , i will put a 97t in it for you to run the finish of the break in period on then you can switch to the c6tgc or c5tgc to run

my day job is getting in the way of my engine time!!!

How to mix Byrons Lube Booster with VP Powermaster

Marty,

Need some advice sir! I plan to run VP Powermaster fuel this season. I am using the 30% nitro - 9% lube blend but was told to add some castor or Byron's Lube Booster to the fuel to break in new motors. I ordered a bottle of the lube booster and on the back of the bottle it has some formulas to mix but starts with your current fuel being 12% lube. Any idea how much booster I should add to 1 gal of 30% nitro, 9% lube to get it closer to 11% lube?

No race tune for at least 1000cc-1500cc of a fuel with copious amounts of castor ;)

Keep temps between 190°-210° for the finish break in period , preheat always

Above all , enjoy your new purchase!

Trevor Williams 03-18-2012 09:47 AM

mine is ready for race tune isnt it?

be in touch Tues for my pipe/manifold :D
