Kendall ran my newest 5 port Go last weekend. He said it out pulled everything, even at a small indoor track.
It has a lightened and polished crank and some timing changes for more rpm.

$240.00 for a new one

09 prices and services

piston and sleeve pinch $15.00
Motor rebuild $35.00 return shipping included to Us. on both

Basic mod $40.00 crank and sleeve blending and timing adjustments
full mod $50.00 includes crank lightening and epoxy ramp
Discount when rebuiding and modding, I will mod a used motor but the crank and rod can not be worn much.

Rw 5 port $240.00 epoxy ramp crank, mod, and timing adjustment per customer needs. Any shims added for timing can be removed to make it back stock again!

I will pre set needles on all motors for break in if wanted. I will tell you how to shim it after break in. I will also rebuild motors I sell at a discount.

When sending the whole engine just send it dirty. I dissasemble and clean it first. I do get a little annoyed with people that leave clutches on, it takes more time to take that off than to dissasemble the motor. I have been pretty swamped , I came home from last weekends race with over 10 motors to rebuild. Plus I have a couple new Go 5 ports to mod.

On the 3 port sport for 20% I would remove both brass just use the aluminum.

Nick, I'll be watching for Uncle Fester dropping the motor off.

I am starting to get caught up from the 12 motors I had to rebuild. I am now charging $15.00 to retime a stock 5 port when bought new, nice thing is you can change it back. It will smooth out a stock 5 port on the bottom and give it more top end, pretty much makes it an awesome buggy motor.

I will be on vacation June 21 -27 any motors I get will be done the week after that.
I see some people have mailed piston and sleeves in the priority envelopes and boxes. The cheapest way is to send it in a padded envelope, probably under $2.00 from anywhere in the Us. Then I have a padded envelope to send it back in then!

Wow, good prices, I may just send my LRP 28 in for a rebuild after this gallon of fuel. Still has a little pinch left, and gobs of compression so better get it worked on soon. 6 gallons of driving does a lot to an engine. Especally when you factor in 1 gallon's worth of time in free- revving due to diff issues . May I "ask" (out of curiosity) in a nutshell what you do in the rebuild, i guess you just go through, find out what is worn, fix it up, re-pinch and ship out

I tear it down, mic the crank and I use a bore guage to check the conrod. I use a high pressure hot water cleaner to wash the motor and then check the bearings for smoothness and feel if they are loose. I clean the top of the piston and usually polish it up and use a stone and get the top of the sleeve flat. After I talk with the owner about what I feel needs to be replaced if anything I pinch if needed and do what needs to be done and ship it out.

Thanks, i may send in my LRP soon, seems to be maybe running a little low on pinch, still has tons of compression and runs super strong

Are you able to source parts for a sts engine? it is a d21e 6 gallons on it. mechanical pinch weak but compression great, thing is its still on the stock bearings and conrod.
