I do believe rex will be able to hook you up with some go Parts. Send him a PM and he will let you know.

Moto at nitro north, Rex at welch racing, or Rick at RB Mods all have parts or can get them with short notice.

We have parts in stock right now, and can ship to your dealer immediately.

Also, things have been slow due to the holidays, but we are currently speaking to a couple very large hobby wholesale outfits, in order to leverage their dealer network and advertising. I've personally been focused on this, planning the 2011 factory team for the Nats, and preparing for the new 6th generation engines.

Hey Grizz...need your opinion on a pipe and header combo since I know you've experimented with quite a few of them.

During a race I got into a pipe with my buggy and ended up ruining the header on my 086 pipe on my MG66. All I have left is a spare 2072 header that we all know is longer.

What would the effects of using the longer header be with this pipe?
Would it shift the power band to more like the 053?
Would I be better off just getting a new header?

BTY...the tracks I run at are technical with long straights.

I reckon the longer 2072 header on the 086 would be wicked. It would give you more bottom end, plus still give you the extra top afforded by the 086 pipe. Only problem is, if you have the Dynamite 086 pipe, the 2072 header will not fit properly. The Dynamite pipes have an extra ridge on the header connectors which will not allow the 2072 header to fit over the gasket properly. So if your are running the Dynamite 086, you may need to get a new header. Or just go to the 053 pipe and see what you think.
The 053 Dynamite still has the shorter 086 style header, but the mid range design helps to bring out the bottom end a little more, while still giving awesome mid range power and excellent top, thanks to the never ending top end performance of the MG anyway. It should suit the tracks you mention nicely. Everyone is different though, so you would really need to try it for yourself and your own driving style.

Thanks Grizz, I'll probably go ahead and get the 053 pipe and try it out. At the least I'll have the option of having two pipes to choose from.
