Very nice, it looks insanely fast. What's the expected USD street price?

You wll have to contact Massive Mods for that info. You will be pleasantly surprised I´m sure. Basically more performance for less outlay than a lot of ¨big name¨ brands out there.

Big, I know what you mean. There are a some I'd like to meet here as well. A couple from bad deals on the f/s side and the others like yourself and like you said Mark, 22, and a few others that have been helpful and seem like they would be cool to throw some laps down with. Like I said, I'm just going to send this 5pt to Mark and let him sort it out. Maybe he will have a better explanation as to what is going on. Got a pretty big race next weekend, Tri-County Nitro series race and I just want something that I can depend on. I'll keep ya posted if I or Mark come up with an answer. Let me know if you discover anything also. Thanks,
Brian

I will be at the Roar Nationals, I am working with Russell to offer support so if any Go motor users need any parts, tuning advise, just want to Bs stop by. I should be pitting next to this guy. (My Son) He has been pretty much wrapping everything in sight.

hi there
so has the 3 port go enough power for a truggy or neot

people say that the 3 port has the powerband between the 5 port and the 7 port

i have the 7 port and its a fast engine with good bottem to

so wehn tehy say that the 3port port is between the 7 and teh 5 port

it must be great for truggy an competie to win races to ?
it must be when its between them or not?

i hvae the 5 port drive too but i just think to try to see waht is true about this 3 port engine

maybe you can help

Take it back to where you bought it from. GO are pretty good when it comes to things like this.

The 3 is a nice motor, but is really suited to a buggy more than truggy.
The 7 Port has enough bottom end to run in buggy or truggy, and is good in either.
For the sheer bottom end grunt you need in a truggy I would go with the 5 Port. It has the most bottom end of the GO range.

mihaelbencek 06-30-2009 02:06 AM

i know that the 5 port is better but that was not my question.

thank you

mihael

hey guys. I was just installing my 5 port in my D8 and noticed that my carb boot was torn. I ordered a new one but was wondering if just removing the ball arm is all i need to do to replace it. thanks in advance.

Ok. I think I answered your question in the first line of my reply. The 3 port is not really suited to a truggy IMO.

I wouldn't say that the 3 Port is between the 5 and 7. The 3 has a completely different power band to the 5 and 7 pro motors. It is a lot smoother and linear, so not really comparable as such.
Hope this makes sense :)
