Lets see, traveling twice a month is bad enough. Twice in two weeks is grounds for divorce (not that that would be a terrible thing). Soooooo Columbia Cup or Mapston........I would have to put my money on Mapston if I was a betting man.
For those that cannot read between the lines. If you must race in October and must do it one week away from one of the best races of the year ya gonna get low turnout.
BTW, I thought the race at Walla Walla was a kick in the arse. Except for that crap music James kept blaring through the fence. Dang punk kids.

Lay off Grandpa....
Walla Walla wasn't all that bad of a race, with the exception of their track flowing like mud. It just didn't flow right, or feel right when driving on it. Almost like a weekend parking lot onroad course, every corner is some variation of a right angle or 180 turn. However, I really liked their dirt..low dust and decent bite. Organization was good, execution felt smooth and location was decent, I liked the weather too.
Glenn..are you saying that Mapston is going to be larger than the Snake, or vice versa. Both are pretty close to me, but schools started by then and time becomes harder to come by.
Maybe Darren will blow it and Walla Walla will get the chance for a spot, both are nice people, but it would be nice to know sometime soon.

I think the people that I know would choose Mapston over the Columbia Cup for several reasons, one being that somebody wants to park the CC right next to Mapston and some might find that exceptionally rude.
I didn't do Mapston last year for various reasons but it is on the calendar for this year. I really enjoyed the track in Spokane and have some great photos from the nct race there last year. Hopefully that trophy girl comes back .
