Capital Dirt Burners shouldn't be removed at all! We are alive and well, and bigger/better than ever!! The track was extended another 35 feet in one direction for a total size of 160ft x 95ft. We had a first race this last weekend (80 entries) and we fully expect those numbers to sky rocket once we get our huge new drivers stand completed.
I posted about the new track in a post on 3-17-14 so not exactly sure why the track was removed from the list?? (see below)
At any rate, the Capital Dirtburners in Boise Idaho (Fort Boise) is ALIVE and well, please add us back on the list! Thank you!!

Capital Dirt Burners is getting ready to run the 2014 Off-Road Summer Race Series at the Ft. Boise outdoor off-road dirt RC track!!
CDB (Capital DirtBurners) operates scheduled races from May – October each year. Race classes include 1/10 and 1/8 scale for both electric and nitro powered RCs. There is no cost to watch and racers of all ages and experience levels are welcome to enter, membership is not required to participate. However, as our club is funded primarily by member dues we encourage you to join and enjoy the added benefits of club membership. Transponders are required for racing. The club maintains a limited number of transponders available to first time racers on race day. This track is located in downtown Boise, near the intersections of Broadway and State St. (tucked in behind the softball fields!)

Edit: Hard to believe we started racing there... 24 years ago. Seems like yesterday. I gotta grow up.
Double Edit: checked my math and the trophy... 29 years ago. And I still live with my mom.

Nitro OffRoad is basically done in the Portland area and has been for a few years. If it ever comes back anywhere off I-5 within two hours of PDX, it'll possibly be either in Lebanon or Cottage Grove but both those tracks are best described as "pending."
