That looks like a great track for a SC8 class I know of 4 ready to sign up!

I didn't see anything on the rules sheet, but in the Short Course Spec class, can we run a different battery strap?

I just picked up a ROAR approved SMC 2S lipo and the factory strap actually puts a lot of pressure on the leads and I am afraid that eventually the rubbing will wear through the wire insulation. The strap I was thinking of is this http://tiny.cc/Fnko5

Please consider a novice class. As I am planing on attending, it would be great to have an event that my grandson can race in.
