Anyone knows if either of these "Time Zone" Tracks are still around? The above website is long outdated.

The short answer is no, they are no longer active.

Rose City Scale Racing is active. Carpet racing only for the moment.

Seattle RC racers are active up north, Superior RC and NW Hobbies both have growing on road programs down south. All are carpet.
