Nice job getting things sorted yesterday! The track was fun and I had a great day, looking forward to the rest of the season.

Thanks to the Gilligan's crew for putting in the hard work.

Anybody else run a Hot Bodies VE8? I just picked one up for cheap as a roller with about 6 sets of tires. Any recommendations for a Motor/ESC?

Hey yesterday was awesome day.......carl the track is mint and i hope we can drive all the way until the first frost or freeze. I don't think i offended anyone yesterday as i was getting frustrated with my motor which was and is on its last leg.......it has served its time and now is done, but if i did my bad and didn't mean anything by it. Now its time to shop for the new motor setup, but until then ill will be running the E-Buggy for a while.

Thanks again carl and the gang, awesome track......i even a couple of people coming just off of the road to check things out......they must of got an ear and eye of awesomeness and just had to check it out.

Ill keep spreading the good word to all of my friends in hopes we can build this track up and keep it around for a while.

Had a great time racing Sunday at Gilligan's, even though Crazy put a bounty on me for the main. Lol. The new layout is great and held up really well. The mylaps software seems to be really good and once we get it dialed in, should work flawlessly. Great job Carl on the new track. The place is coming along great and will only get better. September 9th should be awesome, when we "Dash for the Cash"!!!!

Hey Racers,

Just want to take a moment to thank everyone who came down to support the track on opening day! The layout is awesome and very fun, special thanks to "The Captain" for such a cool design and all his hard work and efforts in pulling it all together!! This is by far the best layout that Gilligan's has had!!!

Also, want to personally thank Gilligan's new addition, Vic Green, for supporting the club by donating a new amb rc timing system with new rc software, which has allowed us to sucessfully host our 1st club race!!

We hope to see all of you who came down on Sunday, and many more this Sunday and on Sept 9th, when we will be giving away $$, that's right, cash money for the 1st few top final positions!!

Also, want to thank "The Kid", Aj for helping Vic out while under pressure! As i said we will be offering 3 rounds of qualifiers and a long main, so you can get " More for your money @ Gilligan's" each Sunday!

Thanks again to all who came down!!

"The Skipper"
