Would love to run mini as well and will plan to bring mine on Wednesday night. However I need to swap out the speed control I shorted this weekend, so I won't make it tonight but would love to see this class return to 360.

Also, I'm planning to sell a ton of RC stuff over the next few weeks. If anyone is looking for motors, 1/12th scales, speedo, servos, etc... send me a PM. I have a ton of stuff not doing much at home. I need to scale down

I heard they're running rubber tires on the carpet at this track. Is this true?

Thanks

Thanks for the info Kregger.

Rubber Tires on Carpet. . .that's funny(crazy).

9 - 10 years ago I asked a track owner if he'll allow rubber tires on his carpet track. He said never. . .they don't work together. I agreed. I wonder if he changed his mind.

9-10 years ago touring car was foam tire and nobody wanted to change. But a couple pro guys realized the foam tire cars were getting too fast and wanted to change to rubber tire to make it more about driving and less about car. Once the spec tire idea was introduced it eliminated tire truers and the what insert with what tire issue.

There are some foam tire TC fanatics out there, but they're largely ignored (oh snap here it comes)

Thanks for the info jiml.

So I somewhat had the right idea 9 - 10 years ago...?

I'm going to try it.

Great day of racing at 360v2 today.... Thanks Donny for the spicy chicken+pizza: they might be the reason why I ran an 11.65 sec lap and 11.082 sec lap in the Cmain(without jumping a board)..... Anyway, I will still get that average lap+crash down with more practice...
See you all next weekend, and Congrats to Kregger on making the Amain in USGT: that cobra needs Donald Trump at the wheel to make it "great again"...lol....

Last minute decision to visit "THE BIG HOUSE" before the Nat's was a good one. The place is phenomenal! Race direction, second to none with Alex Valdes at the helm. Competition was strong as expected. Place was spot less clean, plenty of heat, well lit and the gigantic race program monitors strategically located kept me always informed of what was happening on track. The entire 360 crew and racers were very helpful and supportive. Special thanks to Marvin Morris for encouragement and Courtney Townsend for the loaner Team Scream motor. THAT THING WAS STUPID FAST!. Thanks Donny Lia, Sal Amato and crew for providing the racers with such a unique facility.
