For the indoor track, what tires and sauce work the best? Also is it more low med or high bite? so I can figure out a setup

M4 Compound Electrons, Positrons, and Pink Compound Beams work very well. No particular brand of sauce may necessarily work better than the other, but I have had success using FTM Grip Purple Goo Juice. Track had been medium to low bite lately, so high powered motors are unnecessary. 17.5T and 13.5T motors are more than enough to be competitive there.
