I can't wait for the slowbirds race!!! As the excitement builds I figured I would warn all you TT01 peeps!!! Harley and Austin will be attending and racing the same class!!!.... God help you all!!! A lot of racers turned out from the beach last year. I think this year there are going to be more. Horsham is fun , easy to get to and very comfortable. Track is also equipped with wifi and wheel chair friendly.

As far as I know the rules are:
1 Any touring car
2 Bodies that replicate real cars (ie. no purpose designed bodies)
3 17.5 No Boost
4 HPI X-pattern tires

If anyone has any more info on this class please post it here. Thanks

Default 2013 Season?????

Hey guys I received some promising news the other day. Joe Mirra who lives near the Midland beach track was checking it out and he saw Parks dept workers cleaning off the track and moving tons of sand back onto the beach. He said "it looks great!" I myself have not been there so I will try to get there and give you a first hand account of what is going on. Fingers crossed!

That's great news! Because, most of the guys are switching to 25.5 for the slowbirds race. Is there a rule change for VTA beach racing in our future? See you guys Sunday.
