I'll be teching at trophy races from this point on.
Somebody is always dishonest/cheating, welcome to spec class. (don't worry though, even guys that don't cheat get accused of cheating). Either way, its just a lack of respect for your fellow racers. Just call them out, embarrass them, contact their sponsor and complain, etc.
If its something that really upsets you, you can always race in a modified class thats offered.

Power to weight, power, to weight, power to weight........ratio that is.
My 20c Venom 3200 has my Blitz performing better then my 5000 40c and 3600 35c Trakpower packs.
Trakpower 5000 40c - 400+ grams
Trakpower 3600 35c - 300+ grams
Venom 3200 20c - 213 grams
and the venom pack is usually still above 8 volts after a qualifier......
Oh, and I run a Novak Spec 17.5 system......no timing, no boost..........stock servo too.
