I have a ton of weight up front and seems to be planted. I am running brown up front and black springs in the rear. Works really well right now with the tires and setup I have with 30wt all around but, again it is personal preference.

good discussion on getting more forward bite. Larry, hilarious video.
Eric, I've been having the same problem in my b4.1. drove great, but had no forward bite. I couldn't get on the throttle at all going into the straight. This was occurring with the BB, was using softer springs on them running greens fr/back with 30/27.5 oils. Also, had no forward bite with black fr/green rear. Running 1oz in the back plus rear ballast and a shorty. I then borrowed a set of gold V1 bar codes and green dot traction cmpd from alex. Then forward traction dramatically increased. Not sure if this helps you, as traction cmpd and tires may just be part of the solution, not the entire solution. Would defer to the fast guys.
Issue that I've been thinking about is adjusting anti-squat or other aspects that might effect forward bite. I'm currently running 2 degrees, but makes me wonder if I should increase it. Also, thinking about lamar's black/white spring combo. However, seems like going to a slightly stiffer rear spring would give me less forward bite?? Not sure on that one. I'll test it out wed before the qualifying starts.
I'll play around with moving the shorty back, too.
Hooked up my ESC in the short bus. ready to go for wednesday!

This was pretty spot on with my buggy and the big bores.
- I had to move the battery all the way back to get the rear end planted better although I eventually moved the battery up just a bit because I was getting a good amount of push when cornering with it all the way back.
- Also moved to softer springs up front and added a bit of weight as well.
- Removed the washers from under the front and rear camber links.
I'll see how it feels on Wednesday, I might go with lighter shock oil up front if I still get too much push.
Thanks for the suggestions and thanks to Alex for helping me work on the buggy today at the track.

I have also been running bald tires(green compound v1 barcodes) for 2 weeks now. And I pull wheelies coming down the straight.. Not overpowered either. Just a 9.5 reedy
