I have a ton of weight up front and seems to be planted. I am running brown up front and black springs in the rear. Works really well right now with the tires and setup I have with 30wt all around but, again it is personal preference.

good discussion on getting more forward bite. Larry, hilarious video.

Eric, I've been having the same problem in my b4.1. drove great, but had no forward bite. I couldn't get on the throttle at all going into the straight. This was occurring with the BB, was using softer springs on them running greens fr/back with 30/27.5 oils. Also, had no forward bite with black fr/green rear. Running 1oz in the back plus rear ballast and a shorty. I then borrowed a set of gold V1 bar codes and green dot traction cmpd from alex. Then forward traction dramatically increased. Not sure if this helps you, as traction cmpd and tires may just be part of the solution, not the entire solution. Would defer to the fast guys.

Issue that I've been thinking about is adjusting anti-squat or other aspects that might effect forward bite. I'm currently running 2 degrees, but makes me wonder if I should increase it. Also, thinking about lamar's black/white spring combo. However, seems like going to a slightly stiffer rear spring would give me less forward bite?? Not sure on that one. I'll test it out wed before the qualifying starts.

I'll play around with moving the shorty back, too.

Hooked up my ESC in the short bus. ready to go for wednesday!

- Also moved to softer springs up front and added a bit of weight as well.

- Removed the washers from under the front and rear camber links.

I'll see how it feels on Wednesday, I might go with lighter shock oil up front if I still get too much push.

Thanks for the suggestions and thanks to Alex for helping me work on the buggy today at the track.
I have been running box stock b4.2 shock setup and found it to work great.. Running 1.6 pistons all around with 3 limiters up front, 2 in the rear. 30wt. Oil all around and hubs forward in the rear. Black springs in front and white rear. Outside hole on rear hubs. Shocks inside on top and outside on bottom up front and rear. I have weight in each front triangle and 1 weight in front of receiver as well. Hope this helps you. I have tried running Alex k's setup in my car and it just didn't agree with my driving style. He's in another world anyways.. I also noticed some of you guys were running beams.. I found those tires to be too soft and give me very little side bite as they do have a high sidewall and with the traction at RCHR, they tend to fold over.. I have been running v1 barcodes all around in green compound.. Good luck

I have also been running bald tires(green compound v1 barcodes) for 2 weeks now. And I pull wheelies coming down the straight.. Not overpowered either. Just a 9.5 reedy

The green springs are very stiff. You'll likely be happer with the whites out back.

I'm thinking about unloading my K car actually. I wanted to see what all the noise was about, but I'm not impressed.
