i used the stock setup but swapped the springs back to front
and gave it less rear droop
worked well

set the clutch a bit looser

what about stock setup but use black springs front and rear or laying the rears down to the bottom.

Default Tz engine

Hi racers.
Have any of u guys ran a os tz with the new team kyosho pipe. ive got it on my os tr and it hauls arse, beats os tz with eagle racing pipe up the straight at my clubtrack. i no that the tz i much more powerful and i think it would be awsome combination. im thinkin either os tz or sirio evo 3. leaning towords tz due to os reliability. the other car was V one rrr and mine is a FW05RR. the pipes are only made to fit fw series cars, They are not yet out for v one rrrs.

does anyone use a geared or solid front instead of oneway? the track that i race on is short & has a couple of tight corners. i was thinking i could get a bit more out of the car through the tight parts with a solid front.

Default diff

I have tryed all of them on my club track and i hav stuck with the oneway as it provides the best handling through the tight sections of the track. the solid has a bit to much under steer and the gear is not much better. ur track sounds similar 2 mine. u should try the gear diff if u are wanting to try 1 of them. wat engine and pipe do u run?

I haven't run the solid front but I have had good luck with running a front diff when running on a fairly tight track with low to Med traction (like a parking lot track) I run light diff oil on this type of track. 8000 front and rear.

If anyone is going to race their 05RR at the WinterNats warm up next weekend or the winternats itself look me up. I am traveling to both and I may even bring my 05RR to see how it it a big track.

I guess I should proof read my messages before I send them. Here is the corrected version

If anyone is going to race their 05RR at the WinterNats warm up next weekend or the winternats itself look me up. I am traveling to both and I may even bring my 05RR to see how it works on a big track.

Hey Shafty
I also have carbon Vantage pipe which is good on my Novarossi but the kyosho pipe seems to suit the JP engine better.
