some things i would try....
first...
add some weight to the rear of the car
decrease ackerman (increase the angle of the steering rods)
if that doesnt help, try these in this order:
soften front springs or lean in front shocks
soften front sway bar
more front camber or less rear camber...
more rear droop
lower front roll center or raise rear roll center
Start with these... ONE CHANGE AT A TIME!

Okay, let me know if I missed anything, still have a lot of things set to manual/stock specs.
Shocks; 600 wt f/r
Springs 7.5/5.0 f/r
Shock holes 4 (1.1mm) f/r
Ride height 8/8.5mm f/r
Toe -1.5/-2 f/r
Camber -3/-2 f/r
Short wheelbase
Stock width
Caster; stock
Roll center; stock setting/high eccentric bushings f/r
Eccentric bushings; stock (forward and up) f/r
Shock hole mounting; stock. Is hard to get an accurate measurement on the bumper length because of an indent on the body there, but from the center of the bumper (where it has the molded indent) I got about 28 mm, and like I said im running the p909

So a couple things I would change up front and think you would notice a major improvement.
1) P909 - ok at best even when mounted all teh way to the front. Change over to the Matrix cause you have one on the way and you will see an instant increase in steering with the car.
2) run 252 mm of front track width and 263 mm of rear track width. Track width is one of the biggest things that can affect the way the car handles
3) change the front springs from 7.5 to 7.0 springs.
4) are you running a blade sway bar or the wire roll bar? If you are running a wire roll bar run a blade bar and lay it flat.
That is where I would start.
To answer your questions about hard version of the bulkheads and arms. Xray makes an alternative plastic compound that is harder. I personally really like the hard bulkheads and hard rear arms.

Anyone have a good starting point setup for the Greater LA race track? I'm racing in the Ko Propo this coming weekend and this will be the 1st time running my RX8 in LA.

Come and stop by the Xray pits. There will be alot of help available.
