I have run the protoform 530, kyosho dome, parma r03, parma r10 and the new serpent body. Out of these bodies I rate the serpent 1st, the R10 2nd, the dome 3rd, audi 03 4th, and 530 last.

The Serpent body and the R10 had great balance with plenty of steering. The Dome body made my car loose in the middle of the turns but it had lots of steering too. However it was harder for me to drive fast due to the sudden loose condition that was impossible to predict. The parma 03 and protoform lola have much less steering than the other bodies.

We need more set-ups posted for the 960 so that we can all learn from the experiences of others and all go faster.

Here is what I have been running;
Front
toe out = 1 degree per side
caster = 6mm in front
wheel base = long - I have tried short but usually am faster long
springs = red
ride height = 6.5
shock oil = 35
sway bar = 45 - bar has been sanded to make it thinner

rear
toe in = 2.5
camber = 3.5L and 3.0 right
roll center = lowest pin position
spings =grey or purple
sway bar = hardest position - 90 degree
ride height = 7mm
Tire split = 7mm
shock oil = 40
rear air dam next to the highest position
Body = new Serpent lola

Next week I am going to try;
the wider offset position on the front by using spacers to shim out the position of the front wheels.
45 weight oil in the front
Highest pin position on the lower rear
change in rear body mount to the 2nd from the lowest position

We definately need more set ups. I've only had my 960 a few months and it was pretty good as per the manual. I've mucked with the clutch and have just recently increased front caster and thats all.

My clutch has the light weight housing and longer 1.8 spring. I tried the new flyweights with the extra hole in and they decided to exit the clutch. I assume the large support plate is needed to stop this which I have on back order.

With a crap Hyper engine I was only a lap off the track record which I was very happy with and with the RB haven't found a clutch set up which has allowed me to make use of the power.

Orfeous ;

You can use CA glue or JBweld to attach them together
