WHat is teh best way to line my clutch bell gears with my big spur gears? It seems the gears are onmly making contact with half of the teeth?

Ah10 once taught me to use the plastic bag. When you finish aligning them, remove the plastic bag, voila!

Crankshafts?

I have on OS TR-T engine with an SG style crank. Can I use this in my mtx-3 with the original centax clutch. I looked through the manual but I didn't see anything about an sg engine....? If not, which crank will I need to buy to make it work?
Thanks

I am not talking about gear mesh, I need to somehow move the clutch bell forward to make more contact with the gears

Put a crank spacer behind your collet.

eddiethefish 08-24-2004 03:43 PM

oh! Then you might have to try with different collets. If you don't have any, you might have to add shims.

Prototype MtX?

Hi all,

That's no prototype!

That's a set you can find by the border shop:nod:

Check this: http://shop.the-border.nl/customer/p...cat=361&page=5

Bye.

FREAKAH 08-25-2004 03:19 AM

Although that Charge piece is pretty cool, it aint the same as what Cartman posted. In Cartmans pic, the laydown conversion wasn't an add-on.
