mtx3racer - I doubt you can use the stock set up. The stock set up is for foam tires. You will need to make the car softer if you want to run rubbers. As it is rubbers have less grip. Go for softer springs and lighter oils. Tell you what maybe I will try to run on rubbers next weekend and see how it turns out!!! Lets both try and share some data.

Depends on what surface you run rubber on...

untreated - I believe that rubbers have more traction

Treated - foam baby!

mtx3racer - forgot to say that you need less camber on front and back for rubbers ... say 1 degree front and 2 degrees back is ok.

loosenut - I did see rubber running a lot faster than foam on a damp surface, after a light shower.

you can change them all back to dog bones now, because i don't think you will run anymore. if you don't run the car, you can't lose them.

i want to trade your mtx-3 with my daughter's bit-charger, it is much easier to hide and besides, you have no use for the mtx-3 anyways.

by the way, we are offically writing you off.
