I was wondering if Jaco nitro shoes will work with the car without and mods? Is there a special offset that the car was designed with?

Thanks.

They will be making tires for this car soon:D

i was wondering why dogbones are falling out are you running 200mm with 0 offset wheels? if so could the old mtx-2 dogbones remedy this i know i personally have quite a few leftover from upgrading to universals

Yes if you need to gear that high those gears do work.
When looking at the front of the car after setting my track wigth I dicied to use spacers behind the out drives just to make sure no problems when racing.

I bought AAA energizer rechargeable NIMH cells from wal-mart, they are 650mah. I connected them together with Deans pro bars that I cut the ends off and shrink wrapped them up and put a plug on.

I noticed that after I built my kit that the dog bones in the front appear to be a little short at full lock. I have my set the front at 198mm.

For those of you looking for batteries, OFNA makes a battery they call the brick, it fits perfectly. Nitro House has them in stock. they are $29.95.

Someone else on this thread commented that their kit did not come with a pipe and someone told them that none of the kits come with a pipe. That's not true, the kit that comes w/motor, comes with the motor, header, and pipe. At least mine did...

Also, does anyone have the AE starter box for the NTC3? If so how did you convert the box to accept the fly wheel in-line?

The brick pack might fit but it binds against the fuel take causing it to foam and detunes your car.;)

alright Robbie, you're the Mugen man. Is the engine kit supposed to come with a pipe or not?

Mine doesn't have a pipe and IF I'm supposed to have one is Mugen going to send it to me or do I take it up with who I bought the kit from?

Also will someone clarify officially whether or not a regular 3+2 pack works? I have umpteen hump packs already and I wouldn't have needed to anything if I hadn't read on starting grid that you needed to get a different pack for this car.

You will need AAA cells.
