hmm.. ID with due respect, No doubt you are pretty well verse in your Serpent cars. but when it come to other makes of cars
like the Mugen or Kyosho. i think you should let other post what they have done to their cars Most of the guys here have own or driven the cars that they post that is why they post their finding and stuff.

While everybody is surely entitled to their opinion, there is absolutely no need to "bash" somebody for posting it and that is exactly what I have seen Manticore (et al.) do here. Perhaps InitialD was/is wrong or does not know the MTX-3 as well as some of you, but flaming and taunting is not the answer.

I went back through the past few pages and I don't see any posts coming from InitialD warranting the comments that were made.

Jack, thanks for chipping in. I would agree on you with that on all occassions. However, I think the question concerns overdrive ratio and specifically on the V1RR. Calculating overdrive ratio is simple math. You just need to know the number of teeths of all the pulleys. Did I post anything wrong there? Were my facts incorrect? You once drove (or still driving??) a V1RR. You should know if those facts I mentioned were wrong. There were no malicous intentions to begin with. Cheers.
