I'm about to do my first ROAR sanctioned race this weekend. How should I go about fixing the tank problem?

you can use the insert inside the tank as long as it fixed...........loose inserts aren't allowed and the reason is obvious........
On the same subject, there is no where to screw insert into the mugen tank! The NTC3 use to come with an insert and a place to screw it in.

As for changing tank size, please bear in mind that tank do swell if you have fuel in it overnight. So always empty the tank!

there's a post right below the fuel cap at the bottom of the tank.......
you can screw the associated insert there......

This chassis has not arrived in the US yet we do not appreciate grey market dealers trying to under cut our legitimate US dealers.
Mugen USA will have this chassis available to legitimate hobby stores by Friday of this week, along with our new clutch spring MSR1001

Why don't you use the time you are wasting here, trying to regulate a free global market, to finally get some setup sheets for the MTX4 on your website?

Hi Guys

I have intalled every mtx-3 prospec options on my car and every
mtx-4 hop up.

Wait till you put the the 4mm chassis, I couldnt get my engine in period.
Prospec brake causes this to a degree, but I got it in after dremeling
the radio tray post.

I think mugen did srew up the engine space a little.

Yeah, that's typical japanese compact design for ya.
Now that you can access the diffs, you have to tear down the car to get to the engine. It's still a fast little mutha, so I'm cool with it.

Is anyone else having trouble making it thru a whole race day on one set of rubber belts. The side belt is fine but the front and rear belts end up bending forward on the first run and after four runs it's time to change them before the main.

You take the chassis brace off, pop the linkage, remove the belt, take the 4 mounting screws out and slide it out the back. How is that tearing apart the whole car? I can get the engine in or out in about 2 minutes. Easy Day.

I am still running the original front and rear belts from my car. They have at least 4 hours on them. I still have the original side belt that I run for practice. I then put a newer one on for the races. It is worn, but doesn't skip or anything. I think the belts are fine.
