I have Adobe Reader XI and still showing blank on the setup......I have no idea why.

About the V2 suspension.....if you are running the V1, you can see the shock spring is rubbing against the upper turn buckle. That might be the reason why there is a V2 design. Also, the outer hinge point of V2 is about 2mm longer then V1, thats why they are using the 0mm hex instead of the +2mm hex now. Also it is a longer drive shaft too.

I have v1 rear suspension and my shocks dont rub on the turn buckle (but my rear hubs are in forward position).

It shouldn't be too much of an issue is really straight forward. Post a couple pictures of the problems you are having and I'll try to help.

Set the brake linkage first as that's fixed position. Set the throttle linkage after. Connect it all up to the carb (don't forget a return spring or band around the carb) then move the carb to get it as square to the throttle linkage lever and tighten it all up. Done.

Angel start with the factory gearing since you'll use a 5 port motor. 49/45 19/15.

The stock clutch is a good but if Ya put in the buku, it's better.

Upgrades most do :
Pro brake kit
Aluminum 2speed holders
10degree or 0 degree c hubs (I haven't tried 0 deg yet but want to )
Aluminum steering knuckles
Black springs all the way arsound
