Hey
I have a 6 hole piston in the standard shocks. I was going to start out at 1000cst oil. Do you think that's a good starting point for a well prepared, med' grip parking lot track?
Do you find the "newer" big bore shock on 2 hole pistons would handle 600cst? ...... a good starting point for them?
Thank you for any help you can give.

If it's medium grip, 1000cst should be fine. I find that a bit thinner rear oil helps for more stable car. So do the softer rear springs of course.
By the way, didn't realize C02 had 6 hole pistons. That's sort of crazy. What mm are the holes?

I have a set of the Big Bore shock's too. Not sure weather to use them instead?? They, at the moment, also have 6 hole piston's in too.
Thanks for answering either way

Ok. So, to any of you more experienced Capricorn driver's.
What is the difference between these two shock piston's ......
"Big Bore 3 Hole shock piston" .... CAP-18506-3
and
"Big Bore 3 Hole shock piston" ....... CAP-29152
Does this have something to do with the different version's of Big-Bore shock's that are/ have been introduced? (ie: Version 2 and Version 3)
My obvious question here is .......
Will both piston's fit all the version's of the Big Bore shock's?
