Ok OK, let talk about Mongoose, after quitting on G4 2 years ago, I am planing to go back to it by getting a mongoose, here are some question of mine
1. What is the easy to break part now?
2. what is the-must upgrade and nicce-to-have upgrade people get?
3. beside those MTX-3 style, what other type of pack can be use?
4. ...............................

carbreaker - u will be surprised at the toughness of the car. haven't broken anything in 5 races. fingers crossed. knock on wood.

can anyone suggest the best way to reduce uneven tyre wear? in this case, my rear tires are wearing out at almost twice the rate of my front tyres.

More info:
I tried 40F&R. As well as 42F&R.
maybe i should stick to softer FRONT tyres .. to even out the tyre wear rate?

Default Tire Wear

I'm not sure about everyone else, however, I run about 1 mm smaller front tires and all in all the wear is very nearly even in most cases.

Of course tire wear is based on Tire Shore front to rear etc.....

try use more over-drive, put a larger pulley in the rear side belt side belt, or a smaller one in the front, since the rear tyre don't rotate fast as the front, the tyre wear will reduce, but drive style have to change too

another way is to use 38F and 40R tyre, change the setting to compensate the oversteering

Rear tire rotates as the front tire, there is no over-drive on the MONGOOSE, rear tire always wears faster than the front, that is normal.

Guys I'm having some steering issues. I can't get the car to rotate well in the turns. It always pushes on power. Has anyone else had this problem?

The spring that cames on the steering system is too soft, you can tight it all the way (without having servo saver) or put a harder spring. I'm using the spring for the rear diff of the associated TC3.
