Grinder did this to his one-way to make it into a solid a few post ago, and i beleive that it is reversible by removing the set screw.

Last sunday, I destroyed the plastic part that makes the front diff a solid one. I ordered it but I haven't reveive it yet. In 5 days we have the first race for this year's championship.

You may however try to remove the bearings, find suitable collars for the diff joints and so on.... but all this is too much trouble for a temporary fix.... Lets hope that the part comes in time... or that the alternative of fixing the striped plastic part with Boro 2 compound hard epoxy putty may last for one race....

Well, the one-way diff has 2 one-way bearings, which are irreversibly destroyed after you drill them...

I noticed that RC-Mushroom have a range of East parts for the RRR. Has any tried these? What`s the quality like?

shoegoo will work, i have done it with a mugen diff,
after you fill diff leave one screw out so air will get to it and it will be hard as a rock the next day !!!!
