try this

Grinder did this to his one-way to make it into a solid a few post ago, and i beleive that it is reversible by removing the set screw.

What can I do? Is there a way to convert the one way diff to solid with out ruining it? (our track REQUIRES a solid front diff!!!)
If there is not any other way, how should I convert it to solid for sure?

Thanx for your imediate replies!!!

Well, the one-way diff has 2 one-way bearings, which are irreversibly destroyed after you drill them...
You may however try to remove the bearings, find suitable collars for the diff joints and so on.... but all this is too much trouble for a temporary fix.... Lets hope that the part comes in time... or that the alternative of fixing the striped plastic part with Boro 2 compound hard epoxy putty may last for one race....

Default East Parts

I noticed that RC-Mushroom have a range of East parts for the RRR. Has any tried these? What`s the quality like?

I don't think shoegoo will get hard enough. Need some solid epoxy or may jbweld to lock the gears. Probably better off getting an aluminum solid axle adapter.

hi andy, the East parts are of a very high quality, they are a japanese aftermarket company. east has an australian importer who you might be able to get those parts off cheaper once you factor in shipping. his website is www.racefactoryrcp.com
