Mark will probably post soon with some deals worked out with the Best Western in Battleground. Timezone is about 3 miles north of Battleground and about 25 minutes from PDX.

Scott will be at the event with setup tips and the latest factory updates and news from Serpent and Team Empire. Please come by and visit. There will be a Serpent clinic for all RC racers on clutch setting and chassis setup. Please join us. The clinic and help will be at the Hooligan motorhome in the camp area.

Cool guys glad to see the enthusiasm for this race already this will be a great event with some of the top drivers in the country attending this year should be our best one so far.

Nitro dude, we have not had to reserve pit spots before and I believe we shouldn't have to this year. everybody will have a spot, as for table and chairs if you can bring um. if not we will have some tables and chairs for the people that were not able to fly or pack them with them.

JBent, cool glad to hear that you are coming back to race with us hopefully after 7 years it will still feel like your honeymoon all over again.

Thank

Rick

Rich! Look forward to seeing you guys, but leave that Matt character at home! Still having waking moments at 4 in the morning thinking the crows are gonna get me. Wouldn't want Ma StCyr take a club to him.

My best description of this race is RC Woodstock. Everyone is camped out around the place. There is as much racing in the after hours as during the day. A great race with a huge emphasis on "fun".

The Battle Ground, Wa. Best Western can usually be found for $89/night with 2 queens, continental breakfast and about 10 minutes from the track. A quick Google search will pull it up.

Curry, yes sirree. The boys are working on a 5S E8ths. Not this converted buggy business. I got to take the project car for a few laps last year. Quite remarkable! Rick says it will wheelie on demand. Somehow they plan to wedge another cell in it. Wow!

Oh! And lets not forget the best BBQ on the planet after quals on Sat. I could dnf all rounds and that meal would still leave me with a smile.

Hey Brian,

Looking forward to it, too. Good description of the event. It is unlike any other RC Race - huge FUN!

If Matt stays home, then your buddy has to loose the Officer J. Dangle (Reno 911) shorts, deal? Talk about nightmares....
