Exclamation Procees with Caution

ABS can be a useful tool, but like previously mentioned be very mindful that it does put an extra strain on your servos. Not going to steer you away from using it, because we all are willing to do anything to shave even .000001 off our lap times...

a. Adjust your mechanical brake until it starts to lock the wheels at the end of a straight full speed than jam break
b. Switch on the ABS or ALB depending on your transmitter
c. Adjust the stroke to 70%
d. Brake point to 85%
e. Release 0.04 s
f.Hold 0.04 s
g. Lag 0.00 s

The whole brake system is std on my MRX5 but the break power with ABS is amazing

All starts on your servo speed and the best and strongest I have tried so far for ABS purposes is KO Propo, many others will burn soon with above setup.
How does one activate ABS during braking? with a separate pushbutton? or can this be tacked on the the brake lever?

A.B.S is a pre-set feature in most radios, just apply the brakes and it will activate.

Does anyone have problem putting in the clutch spring and tighten it up? I find it very hard to push down the clutch spring and tighten up with the clutch spring nut..

How did you guys manage to do it?

If you're using the w.c clutch, the spring is a harder spring. Make sure everything sit level and apply a little pressure to catch the threads.

Yes, I'm using the wc clutch. The hard thing is getting that pressure just enough for the nut to thread. . I think I need to get the clutch spring tool to get this done...

The WC spring is little bit lean on one side, if insert the spring is not smooth with the nut, try the other direction and make sure the spring is smooth to release.

I am building an MRX5 WC and I noticed that there is no spot to mount a receiver switch. Does that sound right? If so, how are you turning your electronics on and off?

I mounted a switch in the small opening on the transponder mount using Futaba mini switch SWH15 it fits there perfect you will also need Ofna servo mounting hardware 34026 to extend the transponder mount out slightly so the switch does not hit the steering servo and two 3mm button head screws. I opened up one of the slots on the radio tray slighty with a dremel tool to have the wire routed neatly. Its very easy to do and works great never had any issue after many races.

Is the new H2410 High Traction Chassis, made for high traction tracks or to give the car more traction on low grip tracks?
