how does it mount? is it legal? looks cool tho...lol

It lowers the pressure in the tank which prevents the rich bottom end comming on throttle out of a corner. It does raise the temperature of the engine because the rich bottom end is gone which gives a lot of cooling.
It is legal and it is mounted in the pressureline.
