Sparky is clear about things, a lot of it has to do with the driver. But the car does make a lot of difference also, if all else being equal.
I know the Mugen is a great car no doubt but the 705 has its flows as much as the Mugen has its own. Having tried and seen the 705 I know it lacks a bit in small technical tracks as its heavy but it is great on the big ones. However, all asses were kicked by the NTC3 over and over again.
Last Winter Nat with Barry ... IFMAR with Padivis ... sheeeesh ... so the NTC3 is now the best car right? Come on boys ... grow up and stop comparing whose D*CK is bigger!
