Julius, I am currently using more vertical shocks on the 710 in the rear and as well as in the front. I found them to make the car very neutral and easy to drive.
What do you feel is different compared to stiffer springs and damping?

What shock oil weight is that? You could also try slightly more rear toe in to tame the rear.

Got it still stock so I can change what you suggested Lord D.
I got 35 w shock oil with the innerfoams allround 4 holes open.
Found also that my initial setting of my reardiff was way to tight so it works better now. Hope I have some time this week but the weather is awfull and next weekend the bigguns (1/8th) have a nationalrace at our track so have to watch instead of race:D :(

I think I put the shocks back as Julius suggested and start from there.

Thanks for the help guys:nod:

I usually use yellow springs all around and mount the shocks more vertical which I'm currently experimenting lately. I found that the changes are more subtle or more controllable when I stand the shocks up in front and the rear. Putting stiffer springs in the stock shock position changes the car behaviour dramatically some times. With the shocks more vertical, I also found I could use harder tires unlike with the shocks more horizontal and with harder springs. I guess it's driving preference.

Cool.  Is that from the makers of the Mirage? Have you taken it for a spin? Any difference in handling between the stock and the current radio plate?
