also see the attached image and please post what the piece i circled is used for and how to use it.

Thanks
I have cut the top plate just in front of the droop screws, so that I can easily remove the bumper - I find it easier to do so to allow better measurement of the ride height and access to the anti-roll bar.

The item you've circled is the droop cam - it is used to get the left and right droop to be the same when the anti-roll bar is attached. Check out Julius' explination of the droop setting in the FAQ - he tells you how to use it

Cheers, Mark.

Rear Differential (Teddy Syach ideas)

I saw this posted sometime back about putting a Ball Bearing in the rear diff pulley.

This can be found at: http://www.daltonshop.com/tips_tricks.htm

I would like to hear feedback about this modification, good or bad?

I did not find this in Marks FAQ!!!

It is much much easier to just put in your 2mm allen wrench through the foam bumper (from front obviously) into the anti-rollbar cam screw behind it.. If you take off your bumper, how do you set the droop? You could cut the top plate like what Mark did for ease of removal if you could stay away from the board/wall when driving becuase on hard impact, it will tend to tweak your front part of chassis. I found the 3racing carbon front bumper plate very usefull if you like to take off your bumper when setting droop.

why dont you get an on/off switch with charging lead option instead? this way you will have only 1 step to charge your battery which is just plug that charger lead in
Yup. But all this confusion after plugs can be eliminated if you use different receiver packs with a servo extension plug as a on/off switch. Just take them out and charge them.
