tomorrow I am going to see if the tie rod ends of the T1 (xray) will work on the 710 nuckles. These pieces seem much smalled in diameter and with the 3 racing +1mm hubs i sould be good.

or not?

got to www.teamxray.com and look for the t1 and check out the detail pics

 You mean what other cars I race my 710 with? I only have the 710 (which is obviously the car I use for race) and I race with 710, NTC3, V1RR, MTX-3 etc.

Concerning the turnbuckles, I forgot to mention that the ones on the 710 are 47 mm in length... Would 50 mm be too long then?

Wouldn't the Yokomo ZC-TB48 48mm Ti Turnbuckle be the ideal replacement then?

D or anyone:
just curious about my side belt slacking so easily. It's still new...i mean after 10 tanks only...it already showing slack:eek: is it normal? im using Max.thanks.

Have not tried mine yet. I was just thinking about using just the aluminum part where the front droop screws are located.

Yes, try install both aluminum parts first and then put the carbon on top of both posts. The one on bumper plate is 0.7mm higher.

Oh.. and that HSP-108250 newest batch, not only redesign support block, wider opening hole, but also that top plate to check toe that all fits very nice for S710.

The farthest I ever go (Front) is -1.5 deg camber, 6mm caster, 197mm track witdh, and 0 toe. As fas as I remember, still have 1 full turn in on turnbuckle.

Most of the time, that mid pulley is the one that hurt the side belt most. Be sure to sand all egdes when assembly.

What about the 2-speed and middle shaft? I ordered those too, not much that can go wrong there... right?

A bit longer on total length and also from pin to end of spur.. 6mm (inner diameter) precision shims would do the job find to remove a little sloops on the first spur gear. But the weight saving is much more important since it TURNS...

For your reff,

http://www.rctech.net/forum/attachme...&postid=776591

Not so clear.. anyway, the threads is all gone but still able to get in a little more. So if you never wanted to go less than 137mm track witdh, 50mm turnbuckle is the best size.

I believe it was the outer edge, but if you could do both edges it would be better...

Slacking as it become loose very soon (more than expected)? If the side pulley edge is binding the belt movement (ussualy you hear/feel the binding turning by hand when it was all new), it would create extra heat and load to the belt as it is with the front belt being toucing with the lower chassis.

thanks...so quite ok then to have a slack...just not too much, right...

That Marcos, I must admit, I cannot. I am getting very antsy about the whole thing... I AM GOING WILD!!! I also ordered two bodies and they should arrive in the next 3 to 4 weeks, and I am still waiting for a servo, a car stand, and a transporter bag, and I am waiting for a stainless steel brake disk and pads, and I am waiting for my bottles of Drislide to arrive. I want all my stuff to get here now...
