I believe that's just a makeshift template for checking the bodyshell dimensions during tech inspection.

Yep.InitialD is correct. rcsabah made it for easy tech'ing. can check body height, width, after run height, tail width & length.

Like they say in F1 (and I can't wait to watch the Aussie GP this weekend), you'd need a Superlicense before you can get your paws in the driver's seat.

Hey guys, this is more a motor question than a 710 question, those of you with NOVA based motors, what air filters do you use\recommend, as the novarossi carb has one BIG throat, but it has a plastic venturi thingy to make it 5.4mm. I have had a look at the motorsaver buggy .21 filter, will it be race legal (ROAR) do you think?
#5217
The one that I'm currently using is a Motorsaver one but I believe it's made for .12 carbs. I don't know if there's any rulling in ROAR or IFMAR with regards to carb filters.
#5218
Thank you, I am sure I bought one similay D, but it is WAY too small to fit on, it has an 11mm fitting, but it looks like I need a 15 or 16, I will measure it as soon as I get a vernier.

For your info, all NovaMax engines are tuned by Massimo Fantini.
