Hey! I'm bald too! I've got no hair on my head. Just a bloody stupid helmet...

Yup.
Tried to setup the car yesterday. No setup board, so had to improvise. Used A3 size graph paper in a clear holder on glass table top. Got a camber gauge though...
Now I know why those Ellegi wheels have slots in them. Trying to adjust wheel setting with the dish wheels that I have is a real hassle. I must have taken the wheels out and put them back at least 25times in total last night... real hair pulling experience...
One thing I discovered. When I set the width to exactly 200mm, the dogbones fall out at full steering...
Normal...?

Depends on how much steering throw but it should not make the dogbones come out at full steering... Are you sure you're having the right dogbones? FYI, the front and rear dogbones are the same size and length.

Thanks for you input guys.
Yes, I 'm running the front diffs.
And no, I don't know which dogbones or even if they're the right ones. Bought the car 2nd hand...
I'll try to narrow the front end a bit to about 198mm and see how it goes. That means another 10times removing and fitting the front wheels...
May try the shims too. The Speedmind wheels I'm using are very close to touching the steering rod ends.
Plan to run in engine tonight...
Read the WOT run in methods in the FAQ. Will try them...
Cheers guys.

It should be measured with wheels and measured from the outer part of the left tire to the outer part of the right tire.

Yes it's true. The 835 dogbones are 1 mm shorter if I'm not wrong. But then, I don't think you can find the spring steel 835 dogbones anymore. They are a rare commodity item.
