Hey Guys... doing good... I dont have internet access at home, but I do at the office, but the office is a place that will kill me... I will try the VRC thing...

can you tell me, Radios... I like KO and have all KO equipment, would you recommend a KO Helios or the Futaba 3PK? they are both good radios.

Been too long...

That USB Thingy, do you have to plug in a battery pack for the receiver?

I only have Futaba, so it would be difficult for me to say. As long as it feels good in the hand, then either should be ok.

The USB thingy-ma-bob takes its power from the USB interface. Works very well. If VRC sort out a better zoom feature, I think the whole "sim" will work very well for me. Great to learn about setups.

COOL, I will get one... but then I have to get another receiver...

Just connect up your 710's RX to the usb interface - it just means you need to have your 710 sitting on top of your computer :D I see nothing wrong with that ;)

It makes sence, but getting to the cable is a bugger... I suppose I am a little lazy when it comes to that... Pyramid... Where can I get one of those? It looks awesome...

Until then, as D says, get VRC, get yourself the USB thingy and go racing
Yes, one more thing... Make sure you use a PC (the real thing   ) when you go VRC.

In the US I think, but better wait the one with more features (built in temp, etc). If you decided to go with 3PK, PCM is more than enough

 With that said, I think for me, the Helios looks and feels really good in my hands. But alast, I got the 3PK first before the Helios even came out so it's Futaba till the end for me.

And yes, Baxter, if you value the electronic fail safe, the 3PK has it built in.

Good choice of words, D - a word-play on the old Cola adverts - which as we all know is a sweet beverage which doesn't really hold its own in respect to nobel drinks such as a good bottle of wine/whisky!
I think you know what I'm getting at :D
