Originally posted by Pyramid Unfortunately, we do not have that. Also, it must be something that is still in current production so we wont have difficulties to find some more stocks:D |
Originally posted by Schrijver99 Heard something about consersion in Germany about a Kyosho diff in a 710 with different pulleys. Never gone in to it, sorry. Makes sense I think because the Kyosho rear diff (gear diff) is using 46T pulley if I'm not mistaken. A 46T rear diff will give you some front overdrive on the 710 which some guys are using. :sneaky: |

Originally posted by JustRace Pyramid...are you guys looking to switch to a gear diff for performance reasons? More consistent? But I disagree with that... The ball diff (the Serpent one that is) has been nothing but cost savings in my opinion. Looking at the price of the front ball diff, it is cheaper than what a complete 705 / Impulse front gear diff would cost. |
Originally posted by JustRace Pyramid...are you guys looking to switch to a gear diff for performance reasons? More consistent? Adjustability and LSD function is nothing compares. But, average racer at least here was having difficulties to keep their ball diff in perfect condition. As you know once the diff got gritty, the car performance is drastically reduced which make our car look bad. We dont want that condition. So we trying to make a solving alternative, thats all. |

Put some Mugen Super Grease on a paper tower and rub the 4 mm balls with it so that the grease is lighly coated on the balls. That's the only trick and one of the best tricks yet for this car. |
