Unfortunately, we do not have that. Also, it must be something that is still in current production so we wont have difficulties to find some more stocks:D
Heard something about consersion in Germany about a Kyosho diff in a 710 with different pulleys. Never gone in to it, sorry.

In Germany? Perhaps that's the result of Mark spawning his 710 with his V1RRR...

Makes sense I think because the Kyosho rear diff (gear diff) is using 46T pulley if I'm not mistaken. A 46T rear diff will give you some front overdrive on the 710 which some guys are using. :sneaky:

Different pulley as with completely different pulley/diff housing? They do not use the standard one because it is 42T (RRR) but I`m interested to know whether the older model have either 45/46T and the diff half-housing will fit into the current one. Any info appreciated.

Yeah that figures. That's why he bought the RRR in the first place!

Pyramid...are you guys looking to switch to a gear diff for performance reasons? More consistent?

I thought Pyramid mentioned before that the reason to looking at a gear diff option is to lower the overall cost...

But I disagree with that... The ball diff (the Serpent one that is) has been nothing but cost savings in my opinion. Looking at the price of the front ball diff, it is cheaper than what a complete 705 / Impulse front gear diff would cost.

Actually, we and the team will still using ball diff.
Adjustability and LSD function is nothing compares.

But, average racer at least here was having difficulties to keep their ball diff in perfect condition. As you know once the diff got gritty, the car performance is drastically reduced which make our car look bad. We dont want that condition.
So we trying to make a solving alternative, thats all.

Bro, using good grease like the Mugen Super Grease, I still have grittyless rear diff after nearly one year of running ! Same balls with the same diff plates. This also I rarely take it apart to service. If I remember only 4 times. The tracks we play here can sometimes be very dusty too and it has not affected the rear diff too much.

Put some Mugen Super Grease on a paper tower and rub the 4 mm balls with it so that the grease is lighly coated on the balls. That's the only trick and one of the best tricks yet for this car.
