With Novarossi, you have to play with rotating the carb, and also rotating the ball link, but it can be done, without modification of anything.....

Don't compare settings...
It's a 3T club stock motor, which reaches almost 7 minutes on a tank of fuel.

gday there guys, been a while, got another 996 recently and was looking for some tips if i could, looking threw the v2 manual just unsure on a few things, all the little orange washers and cones.where are they for, looked at some pics on the serpent website and it shows them under the rear upper wishbones, but in the 966 manual it says 2mm,also is the v2 default setup the same as the te setup other than the shock layout, the front upper arm position looks differnet on the te default setup compared to the v2 manual,it shows outsid ehole but inside on the setup sheet.
sorry for all the dumb questions again, cheers all for your help.

Default 966 clearly dominated the field and wins Byron's Cup in Joliet!

WOW Paolo's car was awesome the whole 1 hour. Congratulations.

I wish all the 966TE fanatics like me could have seen this one hour show.

Impressive!

Best not to mount to much forward just for turn in because you will get a nervous car on high speed. Maybe you can try the next;
- front stabi harder,
- front shock harder,
- front spring harder,
- rear droop less, let the rear lift with braking
- front droop more, let the front stick to the asfalt
- front lower rideheight,
- rear higher rideheight,
- front shore less (30),
- rear shore harder (37) in stead of 35,
- rear stabi harder (gets much more steering),
- rear shocks harder(spring, oil, or more vertical)

Try it and see what you like because there are also other effects wich maybe you don`t want. Hope it helps you. You can also

Download setup book from the best brand in the market with the best support
in the world.

Has anyone tried to put an angle on the upper bracket by adding or removing shims? Can anyone tell me what that would do to the car?
