Default rear shock length

Hello Gregory:

Very simply, it depends on the downstop (droop) height you are using. When you disconnect/unscrew the lower ballend and set your downstops during your set-up routine, after you set your rear down-stops, the shock length should be 1.0 mm past/longer than the 3mm shock screw. Just unscrew the long ball-end until your reach this length and make them both the same exact length. Thats it!

I done it this way and I ended with 15mm length.

Something more Paulie.

Can you share a set up for medium traction, medium length track? I have the 966 with the rear shock stand offs but not the front TE front upper arm unit.
