stripping gears
hi guys.
to all you people stripping the ring gears...............have you shimmed it up so as it doesnt bind...it should run SMOOTH....i have had my fw-05r for a while with the one way hardened gears etc.......i use the hard clutch spring( standard in the kit) with the red shoe..i run on short and long tracks and have not had a problem with ANY of the gears...you have to make certain that the mesh is right.........................read the instructions...........i have run the kyoshos since the first "R" model..i have never stripped gears...except spur gears....................i run at the top of rc nitro.jp 5 port....so i havnt a power issue...

Guys,
Little confused about something. I buy a lot of my parts here in the states frome Tower Hobbies. My question is, which chassis is the option chassis? The VS013 or the VSWOO1. I was understanding the VSW001 is the option. I think Tower hobbies has it posted incorrectly.
Thanks

Thanks for your advice guys, I have raced on-road electric for many years and I am aware of the driving style required, the biggest problem is that on both the tracks I race on, there is very little traction.
I also managed to adjust my VoneRR to brake without going sideways on these same tracks...
