I am planing to get some spare parts for the coming season. I am racing the FW-05S and therefore i am using the VSW-30 2-speed-gear with the original GS-15R-motor.

I am wondering if any one had some serious failure with the 2-speed?

If not i could get two extra spur-gears, but if the clutch of the second gear is weak or so i am thinking about getting the whole vsw-30.

Regards,
Robert
Same 2-speed clutch than in the R, I'm still using original after more than 100 hrs of use

Default Conversion - FW05RR

I installed V1RRR front hub and the rear upright on my Fw05R. And if I want to convert it to Fw05RR what else I should purchase.?

Should I purchase:-
1. Fw05RR front upper bracket ?
2. Shaft for front uper arm?
3. Fw05 upper deck ?

anything more?

Thank you Marcos, I reviewed back the conversion kit and it include a set of rear arm ( bottom arm ). Is it a new arm or it's a same with the V1RR Evo or existing Fw05R rear arm?.

the center conversion is by Kawahara and it lowers the final drive ratio of the car = more speed, plus it is a finer pitch than the stock ring gears( stronger too)

The Evo and the 05R shared the same rear arms VZ004B. The 05RR has a new arm VZ004C. Not sure what the difference is but its a new number.

No, the rear arms are different between the R & the RR. The carbon arm has a different part number.

Nope. The VZ004H is the composite version of the VZ004B. The VZ004CH is the composite version of the VZ004C. I don't know what they changed, it fits all the cars.
