Here you go:

These are the ones I have. I assume they are Titanium since it says so But they are ultra cheap so mayby not a very high percentage.

Guys,

which is a good no hassle starter box for the R40? I never used one, so I don't really know what I have to search for.

Instructions suck

or...

Ofna Black Universal 2 550 motors starter box

I don't really like the look of that fully optioned car. Looks too "RS4".

Ill take the stock R40 over that anyday!

im afraid of using gpm parts

i had a ntc3 and the titanium pillow balls snapped way too easily

i am afraid gpm may be the same story

the mugen ones are indestructable even the steel ones will never break my friend has the titanium ones for mtx2 in his mtx3 hes been using them for more than 3 years and trust me he has tested them

I cannot say the Titanium pivot balls for R40 cause I never got one....but I can tell alot about the GPM TITANIUM in general...

One word.....made in china and their definitely of TITANIUM is equal to the USA called "WATER mixed with plastic plus 1% Titanium".....

I still remember the NTC3 Titanium Universal...."3 times stronger..."........RIGHT....those titanium garbage can't even last more then 5 minutes in qualifier...

GPM sucks even though I am born in HK...GPM are pretty much the worst RC products in history....but of course, they have the best advertizing and best packaging.

But again, their pivot ball might be better, but on NTC3, they changed the thread from standard to metric and ppl in state brought those pivot later realzied that it cannot be thread into the NTC cause they are metric....

Tranced: Truthfully, you best bet is probably to have your local hobby shop order one for you. My local shop managed to get the front and rear in before Towerhobbies ever got them back instock.

haha.. i shoulda got pics.. what happened is we had a straight away right next to a set of ramps.. me not paying attention passing everyone in front of me.. well.. lets just say.. i didnt look ahead and gunned it.. i mean WOT.. at lets say 35 mph..

LAUNCHED the car about 20 feet up in a LARGE arch.. like 1/8th style buggy jump..

landed on the rear shock tower at an angle, BROKE NOTHING!!! bent the shock tower though.. and thats all!!

im amazed.. i have like 15 peoples witness to this .. now they know the R40 is a survivor
