Default General guidelines to set up a car

I don't know a whole lot about the "guidelines" to set up a 1/10 sedan. Just looking for some tips and such. I typically "race" (go around a track, trying to remain in control, never go too fast though) on a blown off parking lot, without soda.
Thanks

Take a Google to the "Hudy Setup Book" and you will find a piece of document with a lot of information.

Online with nice animated graphics you can read at: www.rctek.com
