Oct 21st will be all day practice with Oct 22nd & 23rd being qualifying and mains.

If you fly in, you want to fly into the George Bush International airport. It is closer to the track than Houston Hobby. There are plenty of hotels/motels in the area so finding lodgings should not be difficult.

So, it looks like there is a lot of GT racing to be had the next few months. Texas this month, Leisure Hours in Illinois in June, Mike's in Porter/Houston in October, and to end it with the pre-Worlds in Puerto Rico in December. Plenty of GT racing to be had by all.

Also - Heart of America Series in Lincoln, NE ..... 1st race is this weekend (sorry Andy, not heading to Texas) ...... They have run the IGT cars since they started. Plus for anyone wanting to make the trip, Practice Friday, Practice / Qualify Saturday - Saturday night BBQ at the track then a 60min cash race under the lights for JUST IGT cars. Last Qualifier and mains on Sunday.

Track is 200' x 100' and held the ROAR on road nationals in 2010, plus really nice racers!!!

i have been wanting to enlarge the wheelbase on my ofna gtp2 to mach the wheel base of the dm1 pro so i can use the 1/17 body. does anyone know if any of the tuggy chassis from ofna would fit the gtp2 parts and be long enough for the conversion. the only other option would be cutting one out of carbon fiber but i am thinking the tuggy chassis would be cheaper and easier if it would fit
