Paul do you have the blue springs to test?

Wondering how they fit in with the others.

Thanks

I don't, but if I can get a hold of some I will test them.

Thumbs up Spring Rate Chart!

>> FYI <<

Here's one that I've been using for the past few years.
It doesn't have the Yellow's & Pink's but it has the rest /
Mugen Gray, White, Light Blue, Purple, Dark Blue & Red
as well as some other Manufacturers Front & Rear.

Hope this helps!

The ball should be inside of the cup and both sides should lay flat not up and down. Ask for me at the track and I can help you with the set up. Mike Keely

gidday
can some one shed some light on the mrx-4x clutch set up im new to 1/8 and the clutch set up is diffrent to 1/10
do you just shim the inner bearing so it dosnt drag on the clutch shoe then put the shim in frount of the thrust bearing till you get .3 end play ?that how i read it ,as compeared to a 1/10 were you have a clutch gap then shim the inner bearing till you get the right end play
thanks in advance

your bearing/clutchbell shouldnt drag. Mine has no shims in between. You measure the gam in the end of the clutch nut and the spring nut.

To the best of my memory, Mugen has never said to shim the inside in their instructions though that may have changed with the X. Need to go look at the book. Either way I like to shim the inside so the bell does not rub the shoe. ALWAYS set the endplay FIRST! Then shim the back side to eliminate most of the play.

Oh, and try .4 mm.

Thumbs up

Hey people,

Anyone know the proper name and place to buy these two products listed below?

1) Roll Bar Handle (silver/chrome color)
2) Rear Wing Mount (body supports) these are the two round pieces that screw into the extreme left/right side of rear body mount. This part do not come in the kit unfortunately.
3) Rear adjustable roll-bar for MRX-4X

Please link any sites that sell them.

I posted a pic and it shows two white rear body supports with flathead screw slots and adj. anti roll-bar

Thanks
