You'll also need the longer belt - VZ070 Drive Belt 378.

I expect the Evo and the RR both use the same O/D - with luck I can tell you on Monday.
I could use the 378 Special Middle Belt (VZW013) I take it...?

I'm not familiar with that part number but it sounds right - the number of teeth is right.

AMGRacer ran the evo on the weekend at the QLD titles. Let's say the car shows a heap of potential, and the driver is lacking the ability to get it around the track. Setup is totally different than the RR. But I don't think I can give an acurate account of the car at the moment. But it is potentionally the car to hunt down the MTX3. More reports after the weekend.

BEARING for the steering shaft. They are 6x10x4 jobbies.
All the required hardware included, took me about 3 hours to get where I am at right now.
it is definitely the best value for money conversion kit.

the graphite material of the upper deck is of high quality carbon graphite.

Too bad the main chassis doesnt have the slot for clutch bell on low CG engine placement.

Ok, will the conversion work on the reflex, might have to get the kyosho fuel tank, but the rest of the parts should work, like to be sure before I pay the cash for the conversion.
G4? looks like a good kit, but not to sure about the part support.

On a serious note, can the servo's be repaired?
Servos are toast

I mean, like a 3Racing one or something.
I am using my 5 star left side brace with no problems at all.

Also a AAA pack fits into the holder OK, but does not "key into" the slot like a 5 cell pack. I just taped the hell out of it and it sits in there nicely.

Hey man. I ran mine for the first time this morning. It was merely a "shakedown" run since I have not spent any time getting the suspension arms free or the drivetrain free. I just ran 5 tanks taking it easy to bed all the parts in. The drivetrain and suspension is working very nicely now.

Anyway some notes on how it feels:

- FLAT. Handles very flat similar to MTX3.
- Steering. Plenty of steering with the standard setup. I have not pushed it hard yet however.
- Grip. Mucho grip fore and aft. Looks like the low CG is paying off with much better overall grip.

Not conclusive yet, but I agree with Finchy!

Agree man.

I think the Kyosho engine height seems pretty OK for now. They are 2.5mm higher than the Kawahara ones (and the MTX3 ones are similar to Kawahara) but they make sure the rear exhaust clears the belt. With the Kawahara mounts the belt rubs the exhaust manifold.

Even with the extra height the car still handles very nicely!

The front end conversion should work OK. The reflex rear end is the same as the Kyosho so it should mount to the new chassis plate.

You cant use the .8 module gears unless you change your 2 speed unit to the Kyosho unit.

You have to use the Kyosho tank definately.
