if i put in a full TI screw kit, not pillowballs and light weight shafts, which battery tray should i get?

43 or 60g?
that you'd have to weigh after you do all that, and see the difference in legal weight and where you are....i doubt anybody is going to be able to just guestimate the weight.

Is that with or without the body? How much meat left on the tires? That sounds fairly light for a race ready mtx4r. Mine is at 1750gr with a Kawahara 3mm chassis with lighten shafts on both ends and ti pillow balls. need more info???

Is the weight of your car including the body on it with empty fuel tank?

Mine with Kawahara IS250 body, Full Ti Screws, Full Ti pillowballs and 3racing carbon battery tray, 58mm dia front, 60mm dia rear kawahara tires with lipo receiveer batt and a LLT3 nova engine weighs in at 1685g.

Need to add weights.

That combo should be perfect for the 220mm kawahara class as it would bring up the car to legal tourer weight!

re: turning

Start by running 50k rear diff oil, the 24t front pulley and 600wt shock oil then let us know how it goes and we can go from there. For the Mugen the 50k rear is really key.

I find 50k too heavy for tight/low grip tracks - 20-30k seems about right here. 50k is great on treated large tracks though

I am lazy, 30k for almost all the tracks i ran.

But i do have a spare 20k just in case.

You are right, 50k is great for large open flowing tracks like the setup Fukuda ran in Brisbane.
