i confused it with my 50 cc moped which is a drd edition, so i call the car team edition all the time.

i find it harder to drive consistent in vrc, than in real life. So we got a bit of hope.

Confusing it with the moped is OK as long as the car is faster than it.

Boy, am I glad to hear that. All this while I really thought I'm doomed because even with the perfect VRC setup AND driving alone ... I still find it difficult to complete 5 minutes without mistakes. There's hope still ...

So, what's up with the car? No more pics? Nobody? I ask my source, the same that gave me the pics where the only clear thing was Mr. Cornella, but there is nothing more.........
Anyones has some more info? Where is the gossip people? I read somewhere that the car will debut in Europe the second weekend of June (Efra GP at Serpent home track). It is the same exact weekend that US Sedan Nats.. Nice coincidence, ha.... Will Serpent also make the US debut at this event? Somebody from Florida told me he spot the prototype late January testing at Ft. Myers on a private session Monday and Tuesday after a State Race. Rene and Paulo where driving the car and Scotty was there on Tuesday. He told me the car look good and fast, but he did not gave me any detail cause it looks like they where hiding the car and keep the people away.
Anybody else from Florida can confirm this info?

I was told by someone at Serpent USA the same thing and I did see Rene at the state race the day before. I believe this to be true.

I'm really confused because the pics where taken with a NIkon D70 and it's quite hard to make an 'unsharp' picture with that camera... so, who's the source then?

i just hope that when they do release the new car some of the option and spare parts of the 710 can also be used with this new car

The prototype has been around, in various incarnations, for more than 12 months.

Like I said, strong rumours that the pics will trickle in on myTSN starting next week.

To be honest, although I'm dying to get my hands on the car, I think Serpent will not release it to the general public until they have tested it to the fullest. My "Far East" source said that they will not be able to get the kits until after July.

I'll be at the EFRA GP next month but I think all I'll see there is still the prototype rather than the production version. If there ARE any production kits around at the time you can bet I'll be sneaking into the Serpent factory the night before the GP and steal one!
